    After shopping in my closet, I took a new (never worn) dress that I can now get into, but not wear yet, had "before" pictures done in it today...and am now eagerly looking forward to when I can WEAR the dress in public! It is a good motivator! (My daughter purchased the dress for me several years ago!)

    Thankyou for this.....I so often look in my wardrobe and see what doesn't fit me when I try the clothes on and often get rid of them because I don't see them I can look at them and know that they WILL fit me and keep the ones I really like and set a goal to fit them.....
