My partner loves his soft drink, but in the interests of weight loss he is trying to give it up. He has discovered that soda water has the bubbles that give him that soft drink "feeling" and so he is happy. And bonus he drinks more water and it is cheaper than soft drink. WIN, WIN, WIN! Just be care to use only carbonated water not mineral water which has alot of sodium in it :)
I have found that on days when I feel my worst, making myself feel pretty ALWAYS improves my outlook on things. Something as simple as washing my face and putting on a little make-up can work wonders. Even if I'm not going anywhere. Before I know it I feel pretty, and I want to make my body feel the same way thru exercise.
I use Mary Kay skincare and makeup. The microdermabrasion set makes my skin so soft.
For a long time I could not stand the taste of diet soft drink, the aspartame in Diet Soft drinks causes a very unpleasant aftertaste. My partner went grocery shopping and came home with a different softdrink about 2 years ago called Diet-Rite, It comes in a range of flavours along with a Cordial range also and It doesn't contain any aspartame it has a great flavour with no bad aftertaste.
