I read where one of the best ways to shorten meetings is to remove the chairs. We had such a meeting and it works. Everyone came prepared to present and it reduced a lot of unnecessary side talk because everyone was ready to get whatever info was needed and get back to their desks.

I was battling the speed of my jogging for 2 years. I was stuck on 3.9 - 4.3 MPH. After trying to walk 1 minute then jog 4 - I felt I could up my speed because I got a minute break in between. That upped my regular jogging speed to 4.5 MPH.
