I don't like planning, but I find if I figure out what I am going to eat for dinner, put the information in the nutrition counter first thing in the morning, then I can figure out what I can eat for the rest of the day. It helps me stay on track.
For my dinner I keep it balanced with protein and veggies. Then my other meals can be healthy foods that keep me from being hungry and I won't pig out at dinner time. I don't like just eating and when dinner comes find out I don't have any calories left, I will feel bad and over eat and feel worse.
