Pay it forward. We've all heard about it, but it is not a common practice. Every day, I try to do something nice for at least one person. Sometimes it's doing a favor they didn't expect, sometimes it's a sincere compliment. Other days, it's bringing them a cup of their favorite coffee.

Doing a deed for some else makes the time pass quickly
It seems as soon as I reach out and touch someone's life, mine is blessed. I have a great feeling for helping Be it doing some laundry left in an apt. dryer of a busy mother she had forgotten to finish, or holding a fussy infant in church, when tired parents have been up all night. I know I had help with my 5 children, including triplets, when I needed it. Now I can gladly give back. They don't know where my strength comes from? I'm thankful I can return the favor to others.

To pay it forward is a beautiful concept. To return a favor is a loving gesture. Shall we in this day and age of fast pace, high tech- no front porch+coffee cake and chatting remember to reach out and touch someone and pass on good deeds and loose ourselves at least a few minutes in service.
Stop, look and listen and you will find your support system is all around you. Notice the smile in the hallway; the co-worker who compliments your outfit; the friend who asks how you are feeling. Use the good feelings that come from these interactions to motivate you to take care of yourself.
