It's easy to look at our failures and let them pull us down, but, is empowering to find the best in all we do.
Instead of looking at how much weight total you have to lose focus on how much you have lost so far....notice your body becoming more fit, but, don't compare yourself to anyone else. At the end of the day after dinner I take my shower and imagine all the negativity washing away.
