Went to dinner with my friend that I have had for 40 years. She is 84 and we go to ihop on Thursday as they have buy 1 get 1 free dinners. We have a lot of fun reminiscing. Do everything. Record what you eat and the amounts for three days. Get plenty of sleep for three days. Drink 8 glasses of water for three days. Eat your veggies and fruits for three days. Get some sunlight fro three days. Exercise for three days. Spark for three days... Etc.
Dont think about anything but today. Getting through today is the goal. Not if I will lose 5 pounds this month or if I will fit into that dress I love. Concentrating on staying within my calorie limit and my exercise today. I will worry about tomorrow when tomorrow comes.
I give myself a gold star at the end of the day when I accomplish my goals for the day.
