Don't max out your calories, sometimes things happen!

I like to leave 100-150 calories of my daily nutrition empty. That way if I get very hungry late in the evening I can still have an apple or some crackers.

    very helpful. i think i will start doing this-because someone usually offers me some type of food every day at work & i always have to say no, sorry i've already tracked exactly what i'm supposed to eat today.
