Soften Up Brown Sugar That Has Gone Hard

In certain climates, brown sugar will get hard and becomes hard to use. Just microwave it for a minute and it will soften up just like new!

    I just had some brown sugar that hardened. I was a little afraid to put it in the microwave, so I used it as is and had to stir alot to get the lumps out. Next time I'll try the microwave. Thanks!

    I like to throw a piece of bread into the bag. Leave it in overnight and your brown sugar will be soft again.

    cool that's a nice bit of information to know. I just had to throw away some brown sugar for that reason. thank you emoticon emoticon
