I love exercising at home. It saves money and I can choose when I workout. My collection of workout DVDs grow each year. I don't have to pay gym memberships or worry about the weather. Plus, I don't have to fight for machines. I always set a time that I plan to workout so I don't get lazy.
My home gym:
1. Fitness DVDs/videos. Leslie Sansone, Billy Blanks, Turbo Jam, and The Biggest Loser are my my most used workouts.
2. Free weights, bands, medicine ball, and weighted gloves for weight training.
3. A stability ball.
4. A spin cycle (wore out my eliptical machine...)
5. A step box
