I have been on the path to health long enough to know that if I have junk food around, I will eat junk food. The best way to stay on track is to have the refrigerator packed with healthy choices. I always have a bowl of fruit and ready to eat veggies on hand for the snack attacks.
What you will find in my refrigerator:
Apples, carrots, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini, whole grain bread, low fat cheese slices, ingredients for my egg white veggie scrabbles and some leftover chicken for salads.
