Weighing In




I weigh myself everyday at the same time (1st thing in the morning) and watch the ounces inch down as well as the pounds. If I have a bad day and it shows in the scale I know it's time to get back on track.

  • I do the same, not only does it belp you get back on track if you've had a bad day, but it also serves as a pat of the back that you are doing things right when you see the number decrease.
