Get Off The Couch



Sitting on the couch isn't go to help anyone lose the weight! Even if the tv is on find a way to move, stretch, use weights, do leg lfts..... The tv may be on but it doesn't mean people have to veg out!

More Information:

I will do stretches, yoga, my mini stepper, t treadmill at a slow pace, light wt's..... clean the kitchen, walk around and straighten the room even.... but I find once I sit it is difficult to get up again.... so, it is better to do something productinve that will help me with my Goal! :)
