To get in a few extra steps and a little more workout, on my way home, I either get off the bus one stop before mine and walk or I don't take the bus at all and walk the mile from the train station.
MORE INFORMATION:
I like to do this when I don't have time to work out during my lunch break. I know as soon as I get home I won't exercise so my power walking mile home is a great way for me to get some fitness in with no excuse.

This journey on Spark has been a joy. Now that I'm on maintenance, I won't leave. I still have things to learn everyday and maybe I can help someone else along the way. I still track, though not so religiously, still do my fitness and always look for ways to improve in everything I do.

Eventually the down period will pass and if you have stayed connected getting back on track will be easier!!!
