I have been saving my change for years. You would be surprised how it adds up.. I found that it was heavy for me to carry so I started taking it out of my purse each day and putting into a jar. Hubby watched me and started doing the same. We take our vacation each year on this change

At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
If you are going to sit there during your favorite tv show that is fine, but during those pesky commercials that no one watches, add in a set of push ups and/or sit ups. These will add just a little extra to the exercise that you should already be getting. 30
