I use plastic bags, like the kind you receive your newspaper in, not like the ziplock kinds. I take a breast of chicken chop it up into bite size bits, take 1/2 potatoe and dice it up, dice up the veggies I like and add seasonings. I seal the bag closed [or you can tie it] and

then nook it for 1 minute and flip it, nook it for another min. and repeat. When you see that the meat is cooked on one side nook it for another min. Approx 6 min. total. The flavor is at it's best and you wont believe it. It's quick, its great and it taste awesome.

    Yes, these bags are safe and if air tight works the best. Regular type baggies do not work the same.
Yes, steamer bags have come out with a price much higher than these bags are but either make the food taste unbelievable
