The best way for me to stay motivated is to basically submerge myself in healthy living/fitness. There's no better way to do that than this site! The articles, pages, recipes, people, etc help me to stay focused, informed and positive about the journey ahead. Thank you Spark People!!!

Think you have no time to exercise? Use those minutes you spend just standing. Sometimes when there is a minute left on the timer when I am cooking something, I'll use that minute to do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.
Taking advantage of those idle moments can add up to some time that you are moving.
