I bought a rather expensive pair of Skeechers about a month ago. My hip was giving me a lot of trouble, and with cold weather arthritis wasn't helping! They help me stand straighter, walk better and I am loosing inches. It is great! I recommend them.

Inflammation & Chronic Diseases, Being fat is being inflamed — period!
Flax seeds are high in fiber, with little calories, Omega-3 fatty acids are a key force against inflammation in our bodies, inflammation plays a part in many chronic diseases including heart disease, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, and even some cancers.
I learned from an aerobics video that if you use more "hip" action, such as exaggerating your side to side sway when walking and many step exercises this increases calories burned and uses other muscles you don't spend a lot of time using normally. Try this walking to salsa and hip hop!
