I find tasty treats that meet my sweet tooth needs without putting me over the top on my nutrition totals. I have a huge sweet tooth and eat some kind of dessert almost every day. I don't feel deprived and I'm not overindulging...win/win!

  • Now I love salty things, but my hudband loves the sweets. And he needs to buy into the meal changes, as long as we stick with everything in moderation. So I count my single serving of something salty and he cuts his snickers bar in half. Not bad. - by 7356WILMA
  • In order for any weight loss program to be a success, a person cannot feel like they're deprived of food, particular foods, or something they especially enjoy eating . . . of course, the "Secret" is "Moderation" ! Cub Foods had a sale on Lean Cuisine dinners last week -- I decided to give them a try, being sure to make selections under 300 Cal. The Bonus (with purchase of 6 dinners): FREE, Ice Cream Sandwich, Skinny Cow - Mint (140 Cal.) . . . I'd call that a Win-Win, especially being to include this treat in a 1,700 Cal. day ! emoticon - by CRAZY-CAT-LADY
