Make a To-Do list 1st thing in AM!

More Information:

Every morning I take a minute and draw up my to-do list. I write everything on it that I want to focus on. Certain goals, water amounts, fitness workouts I want to do, etc. Once it is on paper I feel like it's set and I can focus on my day better.
