the secret to my feeling better and losing weight is walking simple really it boots endorphens and seratonin levels and it also helps you get into shape and lose weight of course you also have to eat right too i believe in portion control first and foremost emoticon

    I love to walk!!! When I am healthy (no leg or foot injuries) I walk 10,000 steps a day and have for the past 6 years. No dog, but I do have a walking companion!!

    It is my favorite form of exercise! It also helps to have a dog that needs to stretch his legs everyday too!

    I'm a walker too. I've lost over 85 pounds by walking! i just started C25K but walking is still my go-to cardio

    I agree pbowling10. I dread going to the gym to walk, but when I'm finished I have the "high" and I feel great.
