I don't know about you but I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables. If I want a snack, I'll go to the fridge and pull out strawberries, an apple, or an orange. They give me something sweet, juicy, & healthy. Plus, all our meals are preapred in advance so no shopping in the fridge for something quick.

MORE INFORMATION:
We are a busy family so we make all our meals for the week on Sunday afternoon. It only takes 90 minutes from start to cleanup. Plan, prepare, and reheat when needed. It eliminates the cravings that sabotage your success.

    My main problem with snacking on veggies is how much i like dip with the veggies :(

    I did also, but I also found out that some fruit has a lot of sugar, it was holding me back for a minute, I was eating to much now I eat the plain Greek yogurt, sometimes with fruit .
