I don't know about you but I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables. If I want a snack, I'll go to the fridge and pull out strawberries, an apple, or an orange. They give me something sweet, juicy, & healthy. Plus, all our meals are preapred in advance so no shopping in the fridge for something quick.
