My biggest secret is that it really doesn't take motivation. As long as you do it, it really doesn't matter if you gripe or complain or display a bad attitude. I told my daughter I was too old and it wouldn't work. She asked me to try. I did. Once I had a little success, I was hooked. It worked.

If you aren't hungry then don't eat. If you are hungry then eat. Our bodies know when we need nourishment. Eat until you just begin to feel full as well. Don't overeat but don't under eat either. This will mean that you will feel 'hungry' mentally earlier and you may binge. Listen to your body!
