    Funny, I think I love Zumba as much for the music as for the dance...those
latin and african drums just make me smile!

    I totally agree! If GLEEKAST isn't playing while I do my Kettlebell workout, I don't swing the bell nearly as many times as I should to get a great session of strength training.

    Music will keep me working out longer. If I forget to take the I Pod to the gym usually don't stay as long.

    when i use to workout about 3 years ago i could not workout with out music. this time around i cant workout without a podcast. if you have an iPhone or i touch or are hooked up to itunes check it out. there about an hour long talk shows about whatever topic you find interesting emoticon

    nowadays my favorite is BadRomance... Lady Gaga... itīs the ringtone of my alarm clock!... it turns me ON to wake up in the morning to hit the Treademill emoticon
