Have a summer party or a graduation coming up? Take the time to plan ahead for not only that day - but that week. Bump up the cardio a notch- watch your food intake on at least a day or two that week to allow for that little slip that might happen the day of the party.

    This really does help keep me from the yo-yo effect. It puts me in charge instead of letting myself be caught off guard by situations that encourage me to over eat. Planning keeps me from feeling guilty for indulging because I plan for it and then enjoy my brief break from healthy eating. emoticon
