Love these shoes!! Found a much more expensive pair ($250!) that I couldn't justify, but Skechers were just 2 doors down in the mall and at $99, seemed like a steal. I was somewhat skeptical of all the hype but am pleasantly surprised to report that they really do make me "feel" my walks again.

I HAVE A PAIR OF SHAPEUP SKECHERS AND REALLY LIKE THEM. MY LEGS ,FEET AND BACK DON'T HURT. DO ALOT OF WALKING WITH NO PROBLEM NOW. I USE TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THOSE AREAS SO THE PURCHASE WAS WELL WORTH IT.

I love my Shapeups. I spoke to nurses at the VA hospital who wear BSI brand at $200.00 and up. They can be difficult to find. They stated that Shapeups were great, they lasted and have been guaranteed by Sketchers.

I have a pair. brought them about three weeks ago and they have helped both my back and knees. I work at home depot and i am on my feet for eight hours a day what a great help this shoes are to me.

I use New Balance walkers, they have Velcro fasteners and they are great if you have feet that swell during the day. In the car or especially for flying they are quick and easy to adjust or remove.

I bought a pair after reading a good review in one of my exercise/fitness magazines. I love them. I use them when I walk the dogs & go to the grocery store. They really do work your hamstrings and calves. I also noticed that I focus more on standing up straight. They come with a DVD too.
I wore my new Skechers Shape-Ups everyday for a 1 week. I did not change anything in my diet or exercise plan. At the end of 7 days I had lost 1 inch from my hips and 1 inch from my waist!!! Thank you Skechers!
I bought a pedometer and found that my average number of steps on a workday was 450. What the “average” person should walk is 10,000 steps a day. My advice: Buy a Pedometer to find out where you really are on your "walking for exercise" routine.
