My goal is to drink at least 2L (64oz.) of water a day. I bought a 1L bottle so I could easily "see" what I was drinking and keep track! I would like to drink more, so now, I fill it half full at night, so when I get up, I finish it off, then still think about finishing and filling 2 times during the day.

I always have a glass half full attitude (as opposed to a glass half empty). Negative thoughts sap so much energy from me. I prefer to be positive even when things aren't going the way I would like. Life is full of ups and downs. I need to be resilient ... thus the glass half full.
