People say to drink a lot of water. But water gets boring. So, I drink seltzer (sparkling water) instead! I personally like plain seltzer but there are a lot of different flavors that have no calories. With seltzer, it's a lot easier to drink more water and use everyone else's water-related-secrets
I personally like the Oringinal Vintage Seltzer. But I really like Poland Spring Seltzer for the lime, lemon, and raspberry flavors.
Addicted to soda? I know I was! Try flavored seltzer water to satisfy your carbonation cravings. Not only does seltzer water count towards your eight cups of water per day, after a while you won't even miss soda! And if you check out the store brand of seltzer water, you'll also end up saving some money, because it's less expensive than soda, too!
this works for me...i like regular water from the tap(we have a pur filter and it makes a huge difference). i fill up four 16.9 oz plastic bottles and put them on the side of the frig. as i use one i take another bottle out. they are convenient and i stay consistent with the water intake.
if regular water isn't an option try seltzer or tonic or lemon water with some splenda.
