Sometimes when I am exercising I feel like I want to quit. I think I'm sweating ,I've already did 10 mins Etc

I have managed to accomplish my 30 mins everyday. I try ot put the negative out of my mind and picture myself dancing would i quit in the middle of a song NO. Next thing I know my 30 mins are up

    It's hard for me too sometimes - the last six minutes are killer on the treadmill for me (I always do at least 30 min too).

I just keep telling myself that you can do ANYTHING for six minutes. Over and over and over again!

    I'm reading the "BECK Diet Solution" which isn't a "diet" but how to THINK like a THIN person. She teaches you how to START exercising doing FIVE minutes. Then giving yourself another five, etc. The book is worth reading. I got a copy from the library. emoticon
