When you feel you just gotta have it (whatever - cake, chips or my weakness cheese and wine), pop in an exercise DVD and really sweat the urge away. Or take your dog if you have one for a run outside. Drink water, water and more water. I flavor mine with Crystal Lite or the equivalent from the Dollar Tree. It makes drinking water easier and at 5 calories a serving, can't be beat. Ya'll hang in there.
Drink water, water, and more water to lose weight. I keep a bottled water on my nightstand to drink when I wake up. I also keep several bottles in the car to drink on the way to work, from work, etc. Before you know it, you've taken in at least 1 gallon.
-- W #1: WALK as much as possible every day, with a daily minimum of 10,000 steps -- W #2: WAIT before eating until you have exercised or (at least) sufficient time has passed since your last meal. -- W #3: WATCH (and WEIGH whenever possible) what you eat.
