Plateaus happen, don't panic and give up. Some plateaus may last for several months. Just continue doing what you have been but change up the foods/workouts just a little to trick you body. Your body is going through some huge changes and sometimes need that break to catch up with your determination

  • tysvm, I have been stuck forever, it seems. The last 10 I lost took 3 months, where the first 3 months I lost a total of 20 pounds. I have been so frustrated. I don't feel like I can possibly stick to the lower end of my calories and with knees that need replaced I can't do much for exercise. thanks for sharing!

  • Don't panic, don't become depresssed. My plateau lasted for months so I decided to call it a maintenance mode. You must switch things up, sometimes dramatically, in order to break it.
