tysvm, I have been stuck forever, it seems. The last 10 I lost took 3 months, where the first 3 months I lost a total of 20 pounds. I have been so frustrated. I don't feel like I can possibly stick to the lower end of my calories and with knees that need replaced I can't do much for exercise. thanks for sharing!

Don't panic, don't become depresssed. My plateau lasted for months so I decided to call it a maintenance mode. You must switch things up, sometimes dramatically, in order to break it.
A favorite saying from my husband's athletic coach when he was competing:
"If you continue to do the same things, you will continue to get the same results."

Thanks for this! I have been on a plateau for about 3 weeks now... and I just upped the intensity of my workouts! Thanks for the reminder.
