Plateaus happen, don't panic and give up. Some plateaus may last for several months. Just continue doing what you have been but change up the foods/workouts just a little to trick you body. Your body is going through some huge changes and sometimes need that break to catch up with your determination

I always plan out all the food I am going to eat during the day, either the night before (after Dinner) or first thing in the morning.
This way I feel satisfied that I will eat all the RIGHT food and I don't feel stressed about food during the day. If I need to, I can run out to the store to get any ingredients I may need for the day - so I don't 'panic eat'! This method also helps me feel positive about how I am staying on track!
