Have visual reminders everywhere you go. At home, at work, in the car. When you are constantly reminded of your healthy lifestyle, you remember to keep up with it! Also, being reminded that you are healthy will bring a little bit more confidence every day knowing you ARE doing it!
When I first started out, I made my vision collage. Then I need a reminder at work so I made a goals calendar that I hung next to my monitor. When that wasn't enough, I hung up the fitness class schedule for my gym. Now I've added my training schedule. Reminders are at every turn!

I got excited to go and buy new water bottles. I now carry them around with me everywhere! Having it with me is a constant reminder that I'm on my way to getting healthy, and keeps me on track with drinking my water everywhere I go.
Set mini goals for finishing the bottle. I make sure when I leave for somewhere its full and when I come back it has to be empty. (trip to store, gym, doing laundry)
I keep a list of my goals on the back of a pretty card, which lives in my diary. When I reach each goal, I tick it off and enter the date achieved. My list goes everywhere with me and is a constant reminder of my journey. I have another card containing Suze Orman's 8 Qualities of a Wealthy Woman, but that's a story for another day!
