When I don't feel like working out, I try to think about other SP members who have lost alot of weight. I imagine them working out at that precise moment and then I decide to 'join' them. Works for me everytime.

Today instead of pulling weeds I used the hoe and you talk about a workout. All the work I do in the garden is fun and I love giving what I grow to other people.My garden is going o put out a lot of food and all very healthy. Sharing is a lot of fun and when people enjoy what I grow it makes me happy. Think of others if have things you can share. Learn from Spark people each day.
THINK OF OTHERS OFTEN AND REMEMBER THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE WORSE OFF THAN YOU ARE. BEING OVERWEIGHT GENERALLY IS BROUGHT ON BY NOT HAVING ENOUGH EXERCISE AND ALSO BY EATING THE WRONGS FOODS.
I usually get up late in the morning, and instead of having a good breakfast, have a brunch. I find this to be an unhealthy practice because then I only have dinner that day, which results in 2 meals instead of 3. I'll have to try better to get up earlier.
