Want to eat old-fashioned oatmeal, but don't have time for the stove, and it explodes in the microwave? Just set it in the microwave for 5 minutes on 50% power. Perfectly cooked, high-fiber, low-sugar breakfast! Better than instant oatmeal any day.
I like to add a splash of vanilla soy milk after cooking!
