This activity comes under different categories. Getting up earlier to go for a walk will wake you up and help you feel less stressed and as if you have more time during the day. If you say good morning to the people you meet on route, and they respond, this also makes you feel happier for longer.
There is no special equipment needed for this, just determination and the confidence to start to spread happiness around your local area. Don't worry about speaking to everyone. The confidence necessary to just say good morning to one person took me a few days to build up. I still don't greet all.

If I had tried and lost nothing with so many others, It took a wake up of getting out of breath on a short walk. It scared me, I tried to walk, I had to crawl first , but since then I have worked to marathons, and average 2 mile walks daily.
