I make it a point to take steps upto the 7th floor of my office building once in a day... While doing so, i dont think i am doing some difficult work, i just look nowhere and take steps slowly. Once i finish.... im Soooo happy. The catch is act before u think.

This is what I do when I take my hubby to Dr. His Cancer unit is on 6th floor. While he's taking chemo I climb up and down the stairs (130 steps). I always take stairs over elevators anywhere I go.

Parking far from the door
When I drive to work or a store I find one of the furthest parking spots from the door and then I feel it adds steps and walking to my day. Also using stairs instead of escalators or elevators adds extra steps.
