Healthy Breakfast

Eating a healthy breakfast gives me lots of energy to get thru the morning & prevents grazing.

I like to start my day with a bowl of old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon & milk. Then I add in a few raisins & 1/2 tsp of peanut butter for creaminess. Finish off with a glass of Minute Maid 1/2 sugar OJ.

    Peanut butter in oatmeal is great, try it on celery ,banans and apples

    I add peanut butter to my oatmeal too. I usually have a glass of milk with mine. Have to remember to try raisins!!! Thanks!
