you can eat a ton of plain popcorn without much damage to the nutrition tracker- when I need to "chew and crunch" I pop and eat it plain.

I feel satisfied, like I've had a treat without the calories and shame.

    Agree! That's my fave snack. I put a little bit Splenda and chili pepper powder in a bag of 94% fat free popcorn. It keeps my mouth busy and it's still around 100 calories. emoticon

    I love that healthy pop popcorn, I can eat a whole bag with litte damage at all!
