  • I do this all the time! It helps control my cravings to be "tasting" something between meals. Sometimes, when I think I'm hungry, I chew a piece of sugarless gum first, and if I'm not still feeling the need to eat after about 15 minutes, I know my body wasn't really ready for food. - by TAROTGARDEN
