I've recently found a health conscious, not to mention "green" method of transport around the small island town where I live - BIKING! It is so simple, saves me gas money and wear/tear on my car + all the health benefits of getting outside (fresh air :o) and gets my blood pumping! I LOVE IT :O)

Why not add some exercise to those nights of drinking?
Those nice evenings when you want to have a few drinks, why not grab a bottle of water after you get your buzz on and take a nice long walk? Take a friend, significant other and just hit the road. You'll be surprised how long you can walk when you have the right amount of alcohol in you. 297334
Of course it's not that easy if you don't have a place to walk but if you do walk it out. You may not LOSE weight over this but at least you'll burn some calories and not feel quite so guilty about it. Plus drinking makes people want to talk so you're not bored while walking.
Expectation-I expect that I will hit some plateaus along the way. I know that might sound weird, but if I expect to be perfect or to lose weight consistently for months on end, I will be really disappointed. So, I expect that plateaus will come, but, they are bumps in the road, not road blocks!
