If you know you're going to a family get together and want to maintain your healthy diet, bring a healthy side dish along. Not only will you be helping the party planner by bringing extra food, but some family members may ask for a taste of what you brought and ask for the recipe.

    So, true. When you know that you will have at least one thing that is "safe" to eat, it takes some of the pressure off of you! Also, family & friends learn that healthy food CAN taste good!
