Stress eating is one of my problems. I have discovered that if I have some air popped popcorn with just a little popcorn seasoning it lets me chew and crunch but does not add a lot of calories. And fiber is very good for me!

    A bag of light popcorn won't set you back for calories even the microwave variety. I like Act 2 Light or Pop Weaver. Even if you eat the entire bag it is around 100 cals. It fills you up too. I keep it for "emergency" food at work. emoticon

    That's one of my favorite go to snacks when I'm feeling hungry. Love those single serve bags.

    I love popcorn! In the winter, I probably eat a bowl of light popcorn 5 days a week as my night time snack.
