My goal is to create a healthy lifestyle for years to come. Life can't be all salads and cottage cheese. I rarely choose to eat high-calorie foods while I'm trying to lose weight, but knowing I could if I wanted to keeps me from an unbalanced all-or-nothing state of mind.

I love pecan pie! Yummy! But, pecan pie is extremely high in calories. I've been making blueberry pies of late and they are amazingly delicious and only 167 calories!! There are berry cream pies too which are even lower in calories. In the mood for pie? Make a fresh berry pie and enjoy!!
