Keep a glass of water next to the bed. I've found that when I wake up I'm often very thirsty..so by keeping the glass of water by the bed its in quick reach and if I wake up in the middle of the night I'm not having to fumble around in the kitchen

(I do this as well, and) I refill it in the morning and drink it when I am getting ready for work!

I do this too... though I prefer cold water... I know room temperature is better for your body.
