Keeping a food journal!!

I started my diet in 2/09 with WW and have lost 33 lbs since then. It may not seem like much, but I can't do much physical exercise due to various arthritic and nerve damage. The food journal is what keeps me going. When I don't track, I don't lose. It makes me aware of what I put in my mouth.

    I agree with you. I do a lot better when I track everything I eat. Today for example, I realized I needed to have a light supper because my lunch was a bit high in calories, so I did. Awesome job losing the 33 pounds. Great for you, don't trivialize it. Keep up the great work..

    33 lbs is a lot, are you kidding. You should celebrate that and be proud. Go pick up a bag of 40 lb salt or 3 10lb bags of potatos and see how much you have lost. Celebrate emoticon

    i agree, iam asmatic and cannot do strenous excercise.
i track food and do simple exercise. emoticon
