I drink a full bottle of water (16.9 oz) every morning before breakfast, then another one with breakfast. That gets me 4 of my 8 daily cups. The last two are easy after that!
I also drink bottled water because our local water tastes like drinking out of a swimming pool! I only allow myself soda or other beverages when we eat out as a treat and now only drink a few sips throughout the meal instead of finishing the whole thing!
