Practicing gratitude is one of the most important habits we can form. When the dark clouds of worry, despair, anger, depression and helplessness hang over our heads, being able to express gratitude for something or someone will boost our attitudes. It will enhance a good mood too!!
Every morning and every evening, name three specific things for which you are grateful. Write them down in a journal. Start a thread on one of your teams. As long as you can be grateful, life isn't as bad.
