Eat Only What You Really Love

I love chocolate but I find myself eating less than stellar goodies and wasting calories. Instead I eat only the chocolate desserts and candy I really love while ignoring the rest of it. I've started using this for all my food and my enjoyment of food is higher while my calorie count is lower.

I make a list of what I really love and anything that doesn't fall on the list doesn't get eaten.

    You are so right! There is so much in life that we have no control over. Sometimes we just have to step back..take a deep breath and just take one thing at a time.
