Think of food as fuel and that will change how you eat. If you need fuel to run a race, you certainly wouldn't go for a cupcake that day. You'd need the proper carbs to make it through the run.

    This is probably the single most helpful trip I know....I have been doing it (whenever I remember) for some tiem now, and it makes all the difference in the world!
