A sweet treat. I do love cheesecake but I invented (?) a low-calorie version consisting of a slice of Ryvita topped with Philadelphia Light and a teaspoonful of low-calorie strawberry jam.
Any low fat cream will do just as well and the crispbread of your choice. Just have one slice as although it is much lighter than normal cheesecake it is not quite calorie free so include it in your calorie allowance.
